The facade of the buildings will be made of thin-layer facade plaster in white or light gray. Individual segments of the facades at the entrance to the building and in similarly exposed places will be surrounded by wooden cladding. The steel structure of the canopies will be visible, and individual closed segments of the canopies will be finished with perforated sheet metal.
It is planned to install high-quality wooden windows with triple glazing of appropriate thermal conductivity. The window frames will be natural in color. The glazing will be equipped with external blinds, which will prevent excessive heating of the living spaces in the summer.
The interior spaces and stairs will be paved with solid parquet in a natural color tone. The floors of the wet rooms will be made with ceramic tiles.
CLT is an abbreviation for a building material or a semi-finished wooden product – cross-laminated timber.
The construction of buildings using CLT technology currently represents the highest standard of prefabricated wooden construction. All load-bearing structural elements are drawn in 3D and pre-fabricated in the factory. Earthquake and fire safety are significantly higher than with classic skeletal or frame systems of prefabricated wooden construction.
